The Amenity model
Free phone charging for your guests. One flat monthly fee.
Panda installs and runs an on-brand powerbank kiosk at your venue. Guests take a charger with a tap and never see a payment screen. The display carries your content, not someone else's ads. You pay a predictable fee; we handle everything else.
How it works
Three steps. Nothing for your staff to learn.
- 1
Site visit and sizing
We walk the venue with you, pick the placement your guests already pass, and size the kiosk to your peak hour: 12, 24, or 48 slots.
- 2
Install and brand
One outlet, under an hour. Our team designs your welcome screen or promo cards in English and Chinese and loads them before we leave.
- 3
Guests charge free. We run it.
Guests tap, take a powerbank, and return it on the way out. We monitor stock and uptime remotely and rotate units on a schedule. You get a monthly usage report.
What the fee covers
Everything. That is the point of a flat fee.
Amenity is priced per station and quoted after a site visit, because the right kiosk size depends on your peak hour. Multi-station venues are bundled. Our anchor Amenity partner started with one station and now runs seven across the property on a single monthly fee.

Who runs Amenity
Anywhere guests stay long, use the phone, and judge the host.
Free charging for hotels
Panda installs a discreet, on-brand charging kiosk in the lobby. Guests grab a powerbank, take it to their room, the pool, or dinner, and return it at checkout — the way a room key works, for battery.
HotelsFree charging for spas
Members stay for hours — treatments, sauna, lounge, overnight relaxation. A dead phone breaks the mood and pulls them home early. Panda's Amenity kiosk is silent, on-brand, and free for every guest.
SpasFree charging for clinics
Check-in, insurance apps, telehealth, aftercare instructions — every step of a visit runs on the patient's phone. Panda installs a quiet, ad-free kiosk so nobody has to leave the waiting room to find an outlet.
ClinicsFree charging for salons
Color, extensions, or a full manicure means 2–4 hours in the chair, most of it on the phone. Panda's kiosk lets clients grab a powerbank on arrival — the outlet at the station stays for your tools.
SalonsFree charging for shopping malls
A shopper who can't take the photo, check the price, or use the loyalty app leaves the mall. Panda deploys per-floor kiosks so a full battery is always one storefront away.
MallsFree charging for campuses
Students spend 6–10 hours a day on campus with a phone that was charged at 7am. Panda puts a self-serve powerbank kiosk in the student union, the library, or the food court — students scan, grab a charger, and keep it for the lecture, the study block, or the night out. Free for students under Amenity, or at no cost to the association under Revenue-share.
Universities & Student UnionsFree charging for hospitals
A six-hour emergency wait, an overnight at a bedside, a chemo infusion — all of it runs through a phone that is dying. Panda installs a self-serve powerbank kiosk in the waiting room or family lounge. Patients and visitors take a charger to the bedside and return it on the way out. Free under the Amenity model, with zero staff involvement.
HospitalsFree charging for libraries
Libraries are the last free, long-stay indoor space in most neighbourhoods — and every study table has one outlet for four people. Panda installs a self-serve powerbank kiosk at the entrance or service desk. Patrons scan, take a charger to any seat in the building, and return it on the way out. Free for patrons, nothing for staff to manage.
Public LibrariesFree charging for venues
Every part of the modern fan experience runs on the phone, and the phone does not make it to the end of the night. Panda places powerbank kiosks at concourse points and VIP lounges. Fans scan, take a charger to their seat, and drop it at any kiosk on the way out. Sized for a 20,000-person surge, run by us.
Stadiums, Arenas & Concert VenuesFree charging for stations
Passengers arrive at the terminal with a phone that has already done a full morning. Panda installs powerbank kiosks in waiting halls and on platforms. A passenger scans, takes a charger onto the coach or the train, and returns it at any Panda kiosk at the destination. Nothing tethered, nothing for station staff to do.
Train & Bus StationsFree charging for airports
Boarding passes, ride-hail, translation, the hotel confirmation — a traveller's phone works harder at the airport than anywhere else, and the gate has four outlets for 180 people. Panda installs powerbank kiosks landside and airside. Passengers pick one up at check-in or the gate, keep it on the flight, and return it at the arrivals kiosk. Carry-on compliant.
AirportsFree charging for attractions
A visitor at a destination uses the phone for everything: the attraction ticket, the trail map, the translation app, the photos they came for. By 2pm it is dead and the day gets shorter. Panda installs powerbank kiosks at visitor centres, destination hotels, waterparks, and museums. Visitors take a charger for the day and drop it at any Panda kiosk in town.
Tourist Attractions & Destinations
High-volume, short-dwell venues (restaurants, bars, KTV) usually run Revenue-share instead. See all venue types.
